What they're used for

Hanging man baskets are a cost-effective, safe way to lift personnel to hard to access points, such as the back side of a building or cell tower. They are especially useful when personnel needs to access multiple different elevations throughout the course of a repair or installation project. Hanging man baskets are sometimes called personnel baskets, or construction baskets.

L&M Crane provides 2-man hanging man baskets throughout the greater New York area, Long Island, and New Jersey. Please note that due to city regulations, hanging man baskets are not available for projects within the 5 boroughs. We do have fixed man baskets available for use in New York City. All hanging man baskets are OSHA inspected and certified.

Safety is Our Top Priority

Being suspended in a metal basket several hundred feet above the ground adds a certain degree of difficulty to a repair and construction professional’s day. All of our hanging man baskets are built with safety and stability in mind. They all meet and exceed OSHA standards and are certified.

Safety is our top priority. All of our crane operators are licensed in NYC, NYS, & NJ. In addition, they are also OSHA, NCCCO, Bechtel and Jacobs certified and follow the best practices to ensure safe operation at all times.
